• Check-in/check-out time. Early check-in, late check-out

  You can enter the hotel from 16:30. Guests can check in and receive room keys starting at 17:00.

  To start your vacation earlier than 17:00, you can use the "Early check-in" service.
  You can use the "early check-in" service only if there are rooms of the category you have booked and on the days of the week from Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun "early check-in" is not possible). With the "early check-in" option, the room and services will be available to you from 9:00. The cost of the service is 50% of the cost of a night in a room of the selected category.

  Estimated check-out time at the hotel: until 14:00. Lunch on the day of departure is included in the price of the rest.

  If there are rooms of the category you have booked, it is possible to arrange a "late check-out" service, in which case the room and services will be available to you until 21:00. The cost of the service is 50% of the cost of a night in a room of the selected category. The service is available on days of the week from Sunday to Thursday (Fri and Sat "late check-out" is not possible).

  According to the HOLA Clusive tariff, 18 options are available for guests:

  1. Buffet meals: breakfasts, lunches and dinners, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
  2. AQUALES SPA complex with an Olympic-size indoor pool.
  3. Hydro massage and thermal areas, including 5 steam rooms.
  4. Gym and yoga room.
  5. LAGUNA open-air all-season pool with fresh water and Russian sauna.
  6. Children's entertainment centers.
  7. ZARAZA Club with game consoles and a 3D cinema for teenagers from 11 to 17 years old.

• Documents upon check-in
  Response:

  Upon check-in at the hotel, you will need identification documents.

  • Russian passport for adults from 18 years old.
  • Russian passport for children from 14 years old.
  • Original birth certificate for children under 14 years old.
  • If your child is not traveling with you, issue a simple handwritten power of attorney from one of his parents. In addition to the power of attorney, you will need the original birth certificate of the child.
  • For foreign citizens: a passport of a foreign citizen with a mark or other document confirming the status of a foreign citizen. 

  The list of documents is determined by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 N 1853 (as amended on 04/01/2021) On the approval of the Rules for the provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation.

• Passage to the parking lot. How to get to the territory
  Response:

  To travel to the secured parking lot of the hotel in a personal passenger car or a carsharing car, tell the employee at the checkpoint the booking number or the name and surname of the person who made the reservation. The employee will check the data against the list and indicate the parking spots.

  ATTENTION: Taxis, trucks and buses are not allowed in the parking lot of LES Art Resort. Passengers disembark and wait before boarding for such types of transport at the checkpoint.

• Entertainment program, animation

• Conditions for people with limited mobility
  Response:

  LES Art Resort does not provide special equipment for people with limited mobility. There are no elevators in the hotel buildings. The maximum number of floors of the hotel buildings is 3 floors.

  For people with limited mobility, the hotel offers accommodation in rooms located on the ground floors. For accommodation on the ground floor, please leave a comment at the time of booking stating that it is advisable to stay on the ground floor. The buildings are equipped with ramps. Swedish-line restaurants and SPA complexes are located on the ground floors and are accessible to people with limited mobility. There is no special equipment in the pools for people with limited mobility.

• Groups, graduation, banquet, corporate
  Response:

  Our Corporate Client Relations manager will help you discuss the terms of the event (group check-in, graduation, banquet, corporate party, business program, etc.), provide information on the hotel's facilities and calculate the cost.   What is "SPA-day HOLA CLUSIVE"?

  This is a rest day that includes:
  

  • stay on the territory of LES Art Resort from 09.00 to 21.00;
  • use of all services included in the HOLA CLUSIVE system (breakfast, lunch. dinner at a Swedish restaurant, access to swimming pools, saunas, baths, gym, participation in animation programs, etc.), except for staying in a room;
  • Any two-hour body SPA program to choose from.

  The cost of the "SPA-day HOLA CLUSIVE" is 18,000 rubles for 1 adult, 32,500 rubles. for two adults and 5000 rubles. for children from 3 to 12 years old.

  What is "SPA-day DOLCE VITA"?

  that day of rest that includes:

  • stay on the territory of LES Art Resort from 11.00 to 17.00:
  • 11.00-12.30 - visit to the indoor swimming pool "AQUALES" and the thermal zone;
  • 12.30-14.30 - Bagni Montancini thermal detoxification, rejuvenation and elasticity of BODY STRATEGIST, steaming-scrubbing-mask and massage care*
  • 14.30-15.30 - lunch at the PODIUM Swedish restaurant;
  • 15.30-16:30 - facial care by skin type. COMFORT ZONE*;
  • 17.00 - check-out

  The cost of the "SPA-day DOLCE VITA" is 24,000 rubles for 1 person and 43,000 rubles for 2 persons, 5,000 rubles. for children from 3 to 12 years old.
  * SPA treatments are provided for adults only.

  
  
• PET rooms for guests with pets
  Response:

  You can relax at LES Art Resort with your beloved pet, if it is a small breed dog weighing up to 8 kg.

  To check in with a dog, you must book a room of the "Pet" category: "NEW Pet Suite", or "NEW Pet Classic Suite", or "Pet Townhouse FAMILIA".
  Only one dog can be accommodated in one Pet room.

  Living with other types of animals (cats, hamsters, birds, reptiles, etc.) is not allowed.

  Two bowls, a soft cot and a hygiene kit are provided in the pet's room.
  At the reception, you can order a pet sitter service for your dog. The cost of the pet nanny service is 2000 rubles/hour and is provided daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

• Birthday and Anniversary bonuses

  Celebrating an important event in a country hotel, together or in the company of family and friends, is a great solution!

  If your Birthday is/The anniversary falls during the holiday period at LES Art Resort, a room service will be provided from the hotel.

  Complement for an adult birthday boy: dry red/white wine (0.187liters), juice (Rich 0.2liters), individually packaged cakes;

  There are no special discounts for bookings at LES Art Resort on the occasion of a birthday or wedding anniversary.

• Cancellation, postponement, refund
  Response:

  The cancellation conditions are specified in your booking confirmation and depend on the fare selected at the time of booking.

  In general, you can cancel your reservation with a 100% refund 24 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, a fine in the amount of the daily cost of accommodation will be charged.

  If the reservation is made under the "Early Booking" promotion, you can cancel it with a 100% refund 7 days before arrival and earlier. In case of late cancellation less than 7 days in advance, a fine in the amount of the daily cost of accommodation will be charged.

  If the guest has registered in a personal account on the website when booking lesresort.ru , you can cancel your reservation in your personal account yourself. In other cases, it is necessary to send a request for cancellation/postponement of the reservation to the booking department by mail sales@lesresort.ru .

  If your booking was made and paid for at a travel agency or on aggregator sites (for example, Yandex Travel, Ostrovok, T-travel, Ozon, Bronevik, etc.), information about the terms of refund and penalties must be obtained directly from the agency with which the contract was concluded and calculations performed.
