Loyalty program benefits

Permanent Guest Card 10%
Upon reaching bookings totaling 150,000 rubles, the guest is provided with a loyalty card for a 10% discount.
Direct bookings made per payer are summed up.
The loyalty card provides a discount:
- 10% for booking
- 5% for SPA programs (personal face and body treatments)
- 5% to visit the a la carte restaurant
- 5% for laundry services

When the total amount of bookings reaches 500,000 rubles, a 20% loyalty card is provided to the guest.
Direct bookings made per payer are summed up.

- 20% for booking,
- 10% for SPA programs (personal face and body treatments)
- 10% to visit the a la carte restaurant
- 10% for laundry services

For direct bookings from a single payer, the total amount accumulates, which allows you to receive a guest card with a 10% or 20% discount.
The amount of bookings from different payers is not taken into account when applying for a loyalty card.

The loyalty card discount cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.
The permanent guest card is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
