Loyalty level "Seeker", 3% discount
When registering on the website lesresort.ru In the loyalty program, the guest is assigned the "Seeker" level with a 3% discount on the first and subsequent bookings.
Discount is applied on the website lesresort.ru, is combined with one valid discount of the site.
The loyalty level of the "Seeker" provides a 3% discount on booking a vacation at LES Art Resort

The loyalty level is "Connoisseur", 10% discount
When bookings totaling 150,000 rubles are reached, the guest is assigned a loyalty level of "Connoisseur" with a 10% discount.
Direct bookings made per payer are summed up.
The "Connoisseur" loyalty level provides a discount:
- 10% on booking
- 5% on SPA programs (personal face and body treatments)
- 5% off a la carte restaurant admission
- 5% on laundry services

Loyalty level "Legend", 20% discount
When the total amount of bookings reaches 500,000 rubles, the guest is assigned the loyalty level "Legend" with a 20% discount.
Direct bookings made per payer are summed up.
"Legend" loyalty level provides a discount:
- 20% on booking,
- 10% on SPA programs (personal face and body treatments)
- 10% off a la carte restaurant admission
- 10% on laundry services

When booking directly from a single payer, a total amount is accumulated, which allows you to switch from the initial level of "Seeker" and a 3% discount to a new level of loyalty and make further bookings with 10% or 20% discounts.
The amounts of bookings from different payers are not included in the cumulative amount of the loyalty program.
Only direct hotel bookings are counted: on the website lesresort.ru , in the booking department of the LES Art Resort hotel or at the reception.
Bookings through intermediaries (travel aggregators, travel agencies) are not counted in the cumulative discount amount.
An individual who makes individual reservations can become a member of the loyalty program.
The loyalty program does not apply to bookings of legal entities and sole proprietors, as well as to group bookings.

Points and rewards
A new member of the LES Art Resort loyalty program receives the status of a "Seeker" and a 3% discount on the first and subsequent bookings.
"Connoisseur" and "Legend" guest statuses in the loyalty program provide discounts:
- for booking a holiday at LES Art Resort (the discount under the loyalty program can be combined with one discount from the current LES Art Resort promotions for booking);
- for SPA programs (personal face and body treatments);
- for visiting the a la carte restaurant "Gallery";
- for laundry services;
The loyalty program status belongs to one guest, discounts and privileges on hotel services and goods can only be applied to this guest's orders.
